Sure is a Belgium-based startup focused on connecting car owners with the nearest car shops (garages) to fix a malfunction on their vehicle.

The product consists of 3 parts: Garage application (mobile and web), Car owner application (mobile and web), and Admin panel (web).

Friendly user interface

Car shop owners and employees are constantly working around vehicles, so the user interface was designed to provide them with all necessary information in a simple and usable format—nothing more, nothing less.

Onboarding process

The onboarding process helps garages complete their profile and provide essential details like available services and hours of operation for display to car owners.

Transarency

At any time, garage owners can view their active and inactive fix requests, manage offers, and view reviews for completed requests.

The application focuses on enabling users to create fix requests easily.

Smooth tracking

A simplified process ensures smooth interactions, allowing users to focus on critical details.

Fast services

Fix requests can be sent to multiple garages, which respond with offers, providing insights into services, costs, and the best price-quality ratio.

Admin panel

Admins can manage the product flow, starting from garage approval to monitoring flagged comments and banning inappropriate users.

Monitoring

Admins can also review all placed fix requests and intervene if necessary.
