Principles that datefrom the pre-AI era.
Three things we settled early, and have not traded away since.
The origin
Engineering comes first
Nortik was built by 3 engineers who turned entrepreneurs. We noticed a gap where great products were usually engineered in a bad way, so naturally we wanted to fix it. So we built the team we wished existed: senior people who think in terms of system design, and stand behind real systems.
The proof
Proven where, and when it counts
40+ delivered projects across healthcare, fintech, logistics, and media where systems don't have time to rest. We measure ourselves based on how our systems perform at peak load times, not on what works for a couple of hours.
The partnership
In it for the long climb
We work inside your team, learn how your business actually works, and leave you with systems your people can run and extend long after the engagement ends. We also don't like to leave it on video calls, so we advocate for real relationships and in-person meetings.
What we stand forwhen it actually counts.
Five principles that shape how we hire, how we build, and how we approach business relationships.
Transparency
No hidden agendas, no surprises. We keep things out in the open, whether things are looking good or bad.
Integrity
We try to make it a habit to speak up when things are hard. Ownership is one of the core words in our vocabulary.
Proactivity
We don't just wait for instructions. If we spot something that could be done better, we speak up. Expect us to come to the table with plenty of ideas, questions, and suggestions.
Proficiency
We set the bar high for our team. Only the top 2% of applicants join Nortik, because quality matters more than quantity.
Open communication
No middlemen or complicated chains of command. You'll always be in the loop, talking to the people who are getting the work done.
Guides, not tourists.
Meet our ambitious team of product engineers, AI architects, infrastructure specialists and delivery leads. The people you see here are the people who work on your project.
