From AI ambition to a plan you can fund.

AI opportunity discovery

We work through your workflows, product surface, and cost centres to find where AI genuinely brings value, and just as usefully, where it does not. Every candidate use case comes with an estimated value, an implementation cost, and the data it depends on, so your stakeholders can make informed decisions about what to fund.

  • Workflow and process analysis
  • Use-case discovery and sizing
  • Value, cost and feasibility scoring
  • Competitive and market positioning

Readiness and maturity assessment

An honest evaluation of what you can realistically build today: the state of your data, platform, engineering capacity, and the organisational appetite to change how work gets done. You get a clear picture of the strengths to lean on and the gaps to close before the first project starts, not halfway through it.

  • Data and platform readiness review
  • Team capability and skills gap analysis
  • Security, privacy and compliance posture
  • Prioritised remediation plan

Roadmap and business case

The shortlist turned into a sequenced plan: what gets built first, what it costs, who is needed, what it should return, and how you will know whether it worked. Written in a way a CFO can approve in an afternoon.

  • Costed, sequenced delivery roadmap
  • ROI modelling and business case
  • Build, buy or partner recommendations
  • Success metrics and review cadence

Governance and responsible AI

The operating model that keeps AI adoption safe as it spreads past the first team: who approves use cases, how models and data are reviewed, where humans stay in the loop, and how you evidence all of it under audit. Aligned to the EU AI Act and the frameworks your sector actually answers to.

  • AI policy and operating model
  • Risk assessment and model governance
  • EU AI Act and regulatory alignment
  • Change management and enablement

Real-life stories of triumph.

I’m really impressed with their use of AI and the principles they’ve showed us. Nortik flags risks early and acts like a true partner and not just a vendor.

Nortik’s Impact

An AI workspace and studio that turns a brand’s own catalog into on-model imagery and virtual try-ons, cutting CO₂ from sample production by up to 75%.

Frequently asked questions

Everything leadership teams usually ask before committing an AI budget. Not here? Ask us directly.

A prioritised, costed roadmap. Which use cases are worth pursuing, in what order, what each one needs in data, people, and budget, and what you can expect back from it.

With it comes a readiness assessment and a governance model. All of it is written to be executed, whether that's by us, by your own team, or by somebody else entirely.

Usually four to eight weeks, depending on the size of the organisation and how many business units are in scope.

We work in short cycles with interim readouts, so you watch the picture form instead of waiting two months for a presentation.

Sometimes it isn't, and we'll say so. If the use case is clear and the data is ready, the honest advice is to go and build it.

It earns its keep when several ideas are competing for the same budget, when nobody's sure the data foundation will hold, or when the business case has to survive a board meeting.

Both, and they're separate decisions. Plenty of clients run the strategy work with us and hand execution to their own team. That's a perfectly good outcome.

When you do want us to build, the same people who wrote the roadmap stay on it, so nothing evaporates in a handover between the advisor and the implementer.

By anchoring it to things you can measure. Hours a process burns today, error and rework rates, cost per transaction, conversion, churn. We model ranges rather than single numbers, and every assumption behind them is written down.

Where a use case can't be sized credibly, we say that outright and suggest a cheap pilot to find out, rather than inventing a figure.

We classify each use case by risk, map it to the obligations that apply in your sector and jurisdiction, then design the controls, documentation, and human oversight into the plan from day one.

You end up with a roadmap your legal and security teams can sign off before engineering time is committed. That's a much cheaper order to do it in.
